The four bedroom + study home has been designed to give the same carefree relaxing
ambience as a bach - step in and kick your shoes off, grab a glass of wine.

Extensive use of timber both externally and internally anchor it to the natural environment the home is situated in.

The building ‘floats’ above the earth, to allow for the surrounding boardwalks to not disturb the native planting.

Solar panels and rainwater collection add to a building that has minimal impact on its environment.

Judges comments from ADNZ Awards: "These two crisp pavilions float on the landscape.  Elegantly resolved...The spaces inside these glassy pavilions are defined by large textured elements of robust materials which create variety within a disciplined framework."
