VW Kombi

• Living Room

There is seating for 4 people in the standard arrangement, with additional space in the window seat for a small child or the family pets. TV viewing is via an iPad mounted on the joinery, and the sound system is readily at your fingertips.

• Kitchen Dining

The kitchen facilities include a 2 hob cooktop with broiler, underbench fridge, and cleaning facilities with its own water supply. A removeable table seats 2 for the more intimate moments watching the sunset over Shag Rock.

• Bedroom

With the Pop top up, there is space for 2 adult sized stretcher beds. A child sized stretcher fits over the front seats, and the rear 'window seat' slides forward to form a double bed (the rear seats headrest folds forward to provide an extension for pillows).

• Energy Efficiency

A photovoltaic panel provides electricity to a separate battery under the rear seat, and a gas bottle is stored in the engine compartment - this allows the services to run off either gas, it's own electricity, or it can also plug into mains power. The cabin is fully insulated, and the living space can be conveniently positioned to suit sun orientation and prevailing winds.

• Interior finishes are a combination of laminate, acrylic, and vinyl, allowing for easiy maintenance.

• Storage

Due to the small size, storage has been provided wherever it was possible, with full pantry, wardrobe, and utility space provided.

Size: 5 square meters
